How-to Purchase Addons

If you did not select an addon during time of purchase you can purchase addons after the original sale very easily. Please follow these instructions:

  1. Go to your account center
  2. Click Software Downloads in the left navigation column
  3. Click on the installation where the software is assigned
  4. Find the software in the list of software and click it to view its information page
  5. On this page you will see a list of features / addons and next to any disabled features / addons will be an "purchase" link which you can click to purchase:

Enabling Addon After Purchase

After purchasing the addon you will want to wait about 30 minutes and then look at the software information page. The addon should have an "Enabled" state. If it does, then you can re-download the software and install it to your site. Alternatively, you can follow these instructions for updating your existing installation with the addon:

  1. In your store backend go to Extendware -> Manage Extensions -> Overview
  2. Find the software in the list of software installed and click it
  3. Click Update Licenses and Serials
  4. If you are using system compilation, then re-run compilation
  5. Go to the software configuration page and save the configuration at least one time
