Order Comments for Magento 1

Magento Order Comments extension enables you to provide better service to your customers by letting them write an order-specific comment about the order at time of checkout. This is great if you want to offer your customers shipping flexibility (when to ship) or if you sell certain products where customer feedback is important to fulfilling the order. The extension is incredibly easy to use and the comment will appear as the first comment in the order comment history. You can choose whether or not the customer will receive a copy of their order comment via email.

Many stores use it to simply collect general feedback. Sometimes customers will provide insights into your store or order process so that you can improve the overall experience of your store.
